eLearning Administrator 

As our eLearning Administrator you will be part of a team who provides high-quality, evidence-based online activities and resources to students at each stage of their educational journey. Using the latest technology and contemporary educational theory and practice, the e-Learning Administrator primarily transforms the educational material into a quality online experience for students.

Ideally we are seeking a brilliant team player will these amazing skills:

  • High level of attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Computer literacy – intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Demonstrated ability to work constructively in a small team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and organise time efficiently
  • Ability to follow a brief and work to a timeline
  • Expertise in eLearning authoring tools or willingness to learn
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative never before seen ideas
  • Experience in Vocational Education and Training also desired or willingness to learn.

This position is based at our Burleigh Waters Campus and is a permanent full time thirty-eight (38) hour week, with our office hours being 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Trainers and Assessors

We are currently seeking one or more dynamic, flexible and enthusiastic Contract Trainers with a flair for delivering and engaging learners to deliver training based at the Burleigh Waters Campus.

There is potential for more secure job prospects going forward with this position.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Certificate III qualification in Individual Support Ageing and/or Disability or equivalent e.g. Certificate III in Aged Care, Nursing qualifications etc.
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent e.g. TAE40110 with the following units of competency TAELLN411 (or TAELLN401A) and TAE502ASS (or TAEASS502A or TAEASS402B) OR a diploma or higher level of qualification in adult education.
  • Able to demonstrate recent, relevant and practical industry experience in the aged care environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Registered (RN) or Enrolled Nurses (EN) are highly encouraged to apply, but you must also meet the above criteria.

Cultural Arts Trainer

ACE Community Colleges is currently seeking a Cultural Arts Trainer with a flair for delivering and engaging disadvantaged learners in the following program:

  • Certificate II in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Arts.

To be successful in this position you must meet the role criteria. You will be working alongside an Elder who will provide the cultural component of the program if you do not identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander yourself.

Foundation Skills Trainer

ACE Community Colleges is currently seeking a dynamic, flexible and enthusiastic contract Foundation Skills Trainer/Assessor with a flair for delivering and engaging disadvantaged learners in:

  • FSK10119 Certificate I in Access to Vocational Pathways
  • FSK10219 Certificate I in Skills for Vocational Pathways &/or
  • FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways.

Initially this role would be two (2) days per week with opportunities for more hours moving forward. The training will be conducted in the Clarence Correctional Centre near Grafton.
