Let’s talk commitment. What does it really mean when we say ‘deliver outstanding results’.
Take recent Individual Support graduate at Burleigh, Jack Cheffers (pictured second from the left with trainer Pam Mitchell) whose enjoyment of our program shone through to family and friends.
What they saw? In dad Glen’s words, a team dedicated to going “truly above and beyond” for their students. “The experience with ACE has been incredibly supporting and professional… Jack had genuine support from Maria and Pam from the first workshop, and this extended to things like Maria liaising with Mylestones Employment (Jack’s JSA provider) to organise payment for uniforms and contribution to part-payment of the extra units Jack needed to complete the dual qualification (disability and aged care). Pam even provided Jack with a ride to and from Runaway Bay where much of the training took place before he had his licence.
It is refreshing to receive such a high quality and genuine caring service in the VET world, and ACE are very lucky to have two such wonderful people in their organisation.”
